Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any commission or use of services implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

Product(s)

1.1 When you place an order with us, you are agreeing that you understand the process of having your flowers pressed, arranged and framed by Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd.

1.2 Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd provides detailed instructions on how to care for your flowers prior to drop off or postage, and postage instructions via email or as outlined in the FAQ sections.

1.3 Any damage caused to the flowers before postage or during is not the responsibility of Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd.

1.4 A design consultation will be provided to decide on design, frame and a mountboard for the finished piece. .

1.5 Once the design has been approved, Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd will try to keep as near to the design as possible however, there may need to be adjustments made at the discretion of the artist.

1.6 Each piece is handmade, using natural flowers and is one of a kind. The artwork will last a lifetime however, the pressed flowers will change colour slightly over time. If they are kept in direct sunlight, they will change colour also. But once the flowers are pressed, they will stay preserved and keep their shape, size and texture.

1.7 As the artwork is handmade, please be mindful that it will not be ‘perfect’. The custom artwork is created using natural items therefore, small imperfections are not considered faults

1.8 All intellectual property rights concerning this web site including, but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials are owned by Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd.

1.9 No content, design or trademarks may be reproduced, copied, used, sold and/ or duplicated without prior written consent

 

Prices

2.0 Once the flowers are received, they are then the property of Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd  until the order has been paid for in full and returned to the customer as a finished artwork.

2.1 Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd retains the right to withhold any flowers and artwork until the balance has been paid in full.

2.2 Import Fees, Excise Duty & Tax Fees incurred will be at the expense of the client. And may vary.

 

Payment

3.0 Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd requires a €90 deposit from the customer to confirm their booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The flowers will not be pressed until the deposit and final payment has been received.

3.1 Any damage caused to the flowers due to a delay in payment is not the responsibility of Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd.

3.2 If the customer chooses to terminate the services of Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd after paying a deposit but before the commissioned piece is complete, Pressed Bláthanna by Bríd reserves the right to retain any non-refundable deposits paid.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.0 Refunds or returns will not be accepted on finished pieces as they are custom made. If you have an issue with your piece, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving it. As the artwork is handmade, please be mindful that it will not be ‘perfect’. The custom artwork is created using natural items therefore, small imperfections are not considered faults
